"When you're living with pain or chronic illness, movement looks different. That's okay."

About CHERIE NOBLE EXERCISE PHYSIOLOGIST

Exercise Physiology & Wellbeing

Thrive is pleased to offer Exercise Physiology and Wellbeing appointments with Cherie Noble, supporting people whose health is more complex than simply being told to "exercise more."

Cherie has a special interest in working with people living with persistent pain, endometriosis and pelvic pain, POTS and hypermobility, invisible illness, neurodivergence, fatigue, and those finding it difficult to return to movement after illness or injury.

Her approach combines evidence-based exercise physiology with breathing strategies, pain science and compassionate coaching to help people build confidence, improve function and find a realistic way forward that works with their body and their life.

Referrals from GPs and other health professionals are welcome, and patients are also welcome to self-refer.
