What to expect: 60-90 minute comprehensive assessment with a specialist women's health navigator Cherie Noble and our of our Endo GPs.

We want to hear your whole story from start to finish, tease apart your symptoms, start to bring together a picture of what is going on, and arrange investigations.

Out of pocket cost: $76.10 (Medicare rebate $43.90) 

What to expect: Once you've had your initial appointment and investigations, you'll have a comprehensive review with one of our endo GPs.  Depending on what you need, this will include recap of your history, examination, further investigations, extended discussion and education, implementation of an individualised management plan and make required referrals.

Out of pocket cost: $152.10 (Medicare rebate $197.90)

Support, review, planning and care with our specialist Endo Navigator, via, phone, email, video or in person. This can be acccessed throughout your 12 month journey with us.

There is a reduced gap for concession card holders.

We see our patients quarterly for an extended 45-60 minute review and update of your plan with our Endo Navigator, followed by a 30 minute review with one of our Endo GPs.

If required, we will (with your consent), discuss your case at our monthly multidisciplinary team meeting, to ensure everyone is on the same page, and to gain the benefit of multiple perspectives and areas of expertise. 

Our nurse will touch base with you after the multiD meeting to discuss outcomes and agree on a plan moving forward.
